My private space is located inside Life Studio Personal Training

You have options! There are 3 designated Life Studio parking spots at the front, and 3 at the back of the building. There are also 3 visitor parking spots, including the accessible spot. Additionally, there is free street parking on Copping St and Gostick Pl.
I'm located inside Life Studio Personal Training Studio. When you enter, you'll see a reception area. Please wait for me here and I will come out and say hi.
Your comfort is key. I am located inside a light and private room. We also have access to Life Studio's beautiful gym space if needed.
Please wear or bring clothes you are comfortable to move in - it's helpful for me to see the area of complaint to assess. There is lots of room for a stroller or car seat, so please feel free to bring your kiddos if you would like, too!
