Well hi there!
I’m Shanna Graham - an avid skier, hiker, runner, and occasional road cyclist. I believe movement is our best medicine for health, longevity, and preventing injury. My treatment philosophy lies in helping people feel confident to participate in the activities they love. I pride myself on being an approachable, non-intimidating listener who recognizes that every path to recovery is unique.
My clinical interests include pelvic health, skiers, and runners. Most of my time these days is spent guiding women through the perinatal period, and it's my greatest joy helping women get back to the activities they love.
For three seasons, I worked closely with the Vancouver Freestyle Ski team, providing physiotherapy and strength training for their athletes. Following this, I developed my online course, Prep to Ski, to get my clients (and me!) ready for the ski season.
Outside the clinic, you’ll catch me planning my next backcountry camping trip, skiing Whistler, taking deep breaths while my husband attempts to teach me how to golf, and perfecting my caramel corn recipe. It’s all about balance, right?
